1. Can I get rid of all servers and other software if I use 24SevenOffice?
   
   Yes, a majority of our customers do this if they are using 24SevenOffice Premium. 24SevenOffice will replace your accounting system, customer management system (CRM), Exchange server (groupware calendar and email system), file server, invoicing system, project management system, etc. The only software customers normally keep locally is Microsoft Office. However, if you are depending on industry specific software this needs to be kept as well.
   
   
2. Is this secure?
   
   An ASP service is normally much more secure than internal systems. Over 98% of all security breaches and data loss is due to one or several of the following weaknesses:
   1. None or limited backup routines and or systems
   2. No external backup in case of fire
   3. Not optimal theft prevention
   4. Not up-to-date firewalls and anti-virus software
   5. Not redundant servers
   6. Not optimal hardware maintenance
   7. Not supervised continuously by IT experts
   8. Laptops or other handheld devices with local installed data which is lost or stolen

3. Can I work with documents as easy as if they where locally?
   
   Yes. The system will automatically upload local documents, e.g. MS Word documents, to the right folder in 24SevenOffice. The document will also be deleted from the local disk in order to prevent others to access the file if the laptop is lost or if you are working in an Internet caf�. You can also store the documents on the customers in the CRM for easy retrieval. It is also easy to create documents in which you can merge customer and contact information into Word.
