• The campaign module in CRM is a tool that allows you easily and efficiently to make extractions for mail campaigns based on various selection criteria, e.g. geography, type of customer or status. A company can thus target its campaigns and mail shots for different customer groups, prospectuses, partners or employees. It is easy to measure responses to the mail campaigns and present them graphically.
• The CRM report generator gives a marketing manager a complete overview of the customer base in that reports can be obtained on the basis of a variety of separately defined variables, e.g. invoiced customers, repurchasing, additional sales, or partners or users of different product categories.
• The project module makes marketing projects more productive and dynamic through file classification, project calendar and meeting invitations that can be sent out to an optional number of participants. Web conferences can be set up directly from the calendar, customer card or project and enable efficient classification of documents, virtual presentations, etc.
• The publishing solution in the system’s e-trade module can be used to present news from different press sources on the company’s intranet. News can also be linked to and laid out on various projects.
