24SevenOffice has a range of smart functions that satisfy a project manager’s strict requirements regarding overview, control and efficiency.

• Project managers have full control of the financial aspects for each project through project budget, time management and project reports. This makes it easy to keep overall account of the project as well as on costs and hours used on each individual project.
• Project managers can send invitations to any number of internal and external project participants directly from the project module. Invitations to physical meetings and Web conferences are sent directly from a CRM customer card, or a project or group calendar. Project managers can at any time check whether or not invitations have been accepted. Web conferences are set up and run directly from the system. It could not be simpler!
• All project participants are given updates on meetings and agreements from the project calendar. The participants have access to the project’s file area where relevant documents can be uploaded, downloaded and processed. All mail correspondence can be linked to a project using email in 24SevenOffice. It therefore brcomes easy to monitor a project’s progress.
